Great stay for us in - wonderful value in an interesting town (for a couple of nights)

Lovely people / staff. Bicycles on offer and were needed to get around Bangsaray as Costa is a gentle 10 min cycle ride from town. Nice small pool on the roof. Incredibly good value for money. A quiet location but convenient for town - as long as you don't mind walking or better still using the bikes!.

Breakfast was quite honestly terrible... and an expensive mistake. NEVER try the coffee! No English channel on the TV. No way to change any money at the hotel so make sure you are cashed up. If no bikes are available at the time of your visit, getting around might be challenging.

Because of Covid, the hotel looks a bit abandoned and it has deteriorated in the past 2 years. It is due to circumstances and all hotels are struggling with staff and budget.

Nicely appointed room. Comfy bed. Nice view from balcony on 6th floor. Good room service. Toiletries.

Just OK

We arrived before 2PM. The rooms were not ready unytil 3PM!! We booked two rooms which were quite different. One had a bathtub and was small, the other one had a tub and was much nicer, but both were same price. One jacuzzi was quite old and dirty. The wifi was also very slow Website said room was 35sqm, but it was not even 25sqm, i guess, unless you count the balcony with the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi also did not not have enough privacy.

Good for couple more than go for business.

Room design.

Pillow not comfort. First night my air-con have noise problem all night and can not sleep well. Staff forgot to refill cotton butt 3 nights from 5 nights that I stay.

very nice bright and clean hotel, not too far from beach front

nice bright and clean rooms, small balcony , food was good, pool was lovely , staff all nice, free bike usage was perfect addition as we extended our stay for 2 days and 2 members of our group had to take the hire car back to bangkok so location was good in this respect as 2-3 mins on a bike to beach front

one thing not available on menu and ice cream missing popular flavours, breakfast sometimes had the buffet open and sometimes had to order the cooked food but im just picking out some small minute negatives that dont affect the overall stay, the man managing breakfast was excellent though and very accommodating.

Disappointing

The room was nice and met the pictures on Booking.com

Jacuzzi was a major disappointing as we booked the room because of it only. It’s not jacuzzi at all, may be spa bath.. with cold water only. We both felt unwell after single breakfast there.. Far from cafe and restaurants. Price in most of them are similar with center of Pattaya. No spa in the hotel, neither in nearest places.

Hotel is nice but will not compensate the poor service by staff.

I like the Santorini inspired hotel.

Staff cannot understand and speak English. I rented a limousine to the airport but they got me a taxi!!! When i checked out no one reminded me to give my deposit back.

Hotel staffs were not friendly. During check out , staff accidentally drop my laptop's luggage without apologize. When staff escortbus to the room. He shown me a jacucci and its opersting system. He even told that the maid will change the water everyday. Day 1, I saw some dirt, dirts still there after maid made up room (day2 -3). Small dust everywhere in the room. Found a hair in the bathtub and hair on the floor. Swimming pool is dirty . Pool & Gym area is lack of maintenance. Breakfast was very poor quality and limited choice if compare to what i have paid. It's too rip off !! Sorry , but not recommend anyone to stay here. Not value for money. As the design and material of decoration are good . I feel sorry for the owner that hire the poor management.

Should be managed better, has more potential

The jacuzzi on the room's balcony is fantastic. The location is very good, close to many nice beaches, restaurants (seafood!) and Pattaya (for those who fancy it).

This hotel, in principle, has all it needs to be a great experience. It is just under-managed, meaning staff is not very attentative, staff shortage (e.g. no staff at rooftop pool bar), breakfast is so-so and food runs out without replacing. Also, quite noisy hallways due to desing and stairways to the pool, with screaming kids. All in all not bad, but also not as great as it could have been.

Clean as its still newly open bout a year

staffs were unfriendly and unhelpful. Not really sure how other visitors managed to rate em with excellent service. Breakfast was poor as well.

Amazing hotel in a nice quiet location perfect for couples

The room was very clean and fresh, bed was amazing and the personal jacuzzi was really relaxing (romantic according to my girlfriend) staff were really attentive and friendly. We will be returning here without doubt

The fact we only had 2 nights a 3rd night would of been amazing

Very nice, new hotel. Beautiful rooms, some with jaccuzzi.

1. New accommadation (feb 2017) 2. Friendly, helpfull staf. 3. Parking 4. 2 swimmingpools (very large) 5. Breakfast 6. Close to the beach and good restaurants.
